Fees & Charges as from 2012

Airport Runs:

We offer an airport meet, greet and transport service for those clients who would rather be collected in person by us than organize their own transport to our region. We offer collections from the following airports. Return journeys back to the airport are free of charge for clients who purchase a property whilst on a viewing trip with us otherwise they are charged at the same rate as on collection from the airport.

Transportation services:

If you wish to use the transport of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES RURAL for property viewing trips we charge 0.35 Euros per mile to cover the petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. This charge is to be paid on a daily basis. If you buy a property with us, the transport costs charged for traveling to view properties will be fully refunded to you.

Agency commission:

The commission earned by Bulgarian Properties Rural is taken from the seller so there is NO commission charges for you as a buyer. However, there are other costs associated with purchasing a property in Bulgaria and the prices for these are detailed below:

Company Set-up:

Non EU citizens wishing to own land and property in Bulgaria are required under the current system to set up a limited company in order to do so. EU citizens wishing to purchase agricultural land also need a company in order to do so. This is a service which we offer our clients and the fee for the creation and registering of a Bulgarian Ltd Company is 300 Euro.

Notary Fees:

These fees are calculated by the notary and are different for each property and vary greatly depending on the sale price of the property as written on the notary act. This is because the fees include purchase taxes, the notary service fees and all are calculated as a percentage of the agreed sales price.

Legal Fees:

These fees cover the costs involved in transferring the property to your Bulgarian Company including our time for applying for all necessary documentation, the solicitor to draw up the paperwork including a new notary act, a translator if required to be present at the notary. 200 Euro
