PROPERTY FINDING:

If you are tired of searching yourself for a specific property we can do a dedicated search on your behalf. All we need from you to send us your criteria and we will find you the right property via a network of our partners.

AIRPORT RUNS:

We offer an airport meet, greet and transport service for those clients who would rather be collected in person by us than organize their own transport to our region. We offer collections from the following airports. Return journeys back to the airport are free of charge for clients who purchase a property whilst on a viewing trip with us otherwise they are charged at the same rate as on collection from the airport.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:

If you wish to use the transport of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES RURAL for property viewing trips we charge 0.35 Euros per mile to cover the petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. This charge is to be paid on a daily basis. If you buy a property with us, the transport costs charged for traveling to view properties will be fully refunded to you.

COMPANY SET UP:

Foreigners wishing to own land and property in Bulgaria are required under the current system to set up a limited company in order to do so. This is a service which we offer our clients and the fee for the creation and registering of a Bulgarian Ltd Company is 300 Euro.

ANNUAL ACCOUNTS:

While there is no requirement for the company that you have formed to trade, it will be required to submit accounts and a tax declaration each year. We can take care of this matter on your behalf with minimal information required from you. The Annual fees for this is 150 Euro

TRANSLATING SERVICE:

We offer unique linguistic possibilities and we can help you with oral or written translations. If you require legalized translation we can help you to organize it as well.
